The scope for work and advancement in the field of Computer Network Technician/Administrator is bright and the situation in Sri Lanka is predicted to follow the same pattern. Computer Network technician/ Administrator can find employment both within and outside the country, for example in Middle Eastern countries, or they can start their own business with a moderate investment. 

 

After completion of this program Trainees will be able to seek employment as a field service technician, computer installation technician or Network technicians or Administrators as desirable. Opportunities for advancement are excellent in this occupation. Starting at technician level, one can advance to positions of senior technician, service administrator, or even go into business for self-employment in the field of computer network applications.

•           National Certificate in Computer Network Technician  (NVQ Level 4)
